My Best 30 Ever

MY BEST 30 EVER (MBTE) is a 30 day plan to bring out the best Spiritual and Physical disciplines.  At the end of the 30 days, we want you to say, “Wow, that is the best 30 days I have had spiritually and physically.” The intent is that you will create habits that will last a lifetime.
