My Best 30 Ever
MY BEST 30 EVER (MBTE) is a 30 day plan to bring out the best Spiritual and Physical disciplines. At the end of the 30 days, we want you to say, “Wow, that is the best 30 days I have had spiritually and physically.” The intent is that you will create habits that will last a lifetime. During each day, you will have Scriptural references, encouragement, tips, and support from our blog. You can ask questions about your progress and determine how you can change your course through the 30 days. In order for this plan to work, you must be ruthless with setting your schedule. You must make a daily and weekly calendar and diligently stick with it. MBTE works because of the following reasons.
- Focus – Your attention will be centered on your spiritual and physical condition. You will commit time, energy, and effort to pushing yourself beyond your normal levels of spirit and physical health. You will sacrifice other activities in order to accomplish your goals in this area. You will consciously prioritize your daily calendar around achieving your goals.
- Intentional – You are taking control. You are setting the pace. You are not allowing weak ideals or lazy habits block you from progress. You are specific in wanting to see change. You are driving the ship instead of being carried by the wind of culture and society.
- Unity – You will be surrounded by many others going in the same direction. When you get weak, you will contact others in the same program in the same ‘day’ as you. You will encourage others that have similar goals and vision. This accountability will push and inspire you to finish strong.
Tomorrow, I will post the Spiritual component and the following day will be the physical component.

I want to take this 30 day journey. I would like a partner to be accountable with My husband does not go to church, so I’m kinda out there alone. I don’t know anyone at church except Liv, Jackie and Nancy Taylor. Maybe there’s someone out there who has similar concerns like me.
Marilyn,
Liv, Jackie, and Nancy are great ladies to walk through this with. Get with them and go for it!
I would be glad to do this with Marilyn, let me know.
Marilyn, I am here for you. Just let me know what your goals are.
My household has undergone a significang change since becoming a part of Promiseland Church. I have fath in my pastor. If he says it is good for us, then my family will commit to folow “my best 30 days ever.”
