Saturday was so cool.
What did you think of Saturday? It was our first one, so we aren’t sure what the long term affects will be, but it kicked off with a bang. We had around 150 people worship with us, and God was in the house!
The biggest question I have is for those of you that went on Saturday and did NOT come on Sunday. How did that feel? Was it weird on Sun morning?

Miracle
Check out this report from Buffalo, NY. It is quoted from SI.com.
Kevin plays for the Buffalo Bills and is originally from Port Arthur, TX. Sunday, during the game he suffered a major injury and doctors said there was basically no hope for a normal life.
“BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — Kevin Everett voluntarily moved his arms and legs on Tuesday when partially awakened, prompting a neurosurgeon to say the Buffalo Bills’ tight end would walk again — contrary to the grim prognosis given a day before.
“Based on our experience, the fact that he’s moving so well, so early after such a catastrophic injury means he will walk again,” said Dr. Barth Green, chairman of the department of neurological surgery at the University of Miami school of medicine.
“It’s totally spectacular, totally unexpected,” Green told The Associated Press by telephone from Miami.”
Prayer was made. God said, “yes, now is the time.”

Mexico Trip Update
While in Mexico, Felipe and I experienced some powerful times of worship. We had church outside in the street, in a nursing home, and in a building. It opened our eyes and reminded us of our priorities. We must be ready at all times and in all seasons.
One video was of a church service we went to on Wednesday night in Monterrey. The praise and worship music went for about an hour and a half. During a song, the music director stopped and began to prophesy over Felipe. Then, 2 men around him started prophesied over him. What a powerful moment it was! It felt like the book of Acts. I look forward to having experiences like that here.
The other videos are outside in a family’s front “yard” and the nursing home.
On Sunday I will be telling you our next step for getting involved in Mexico. Be there!

Labor Day
Happy Day off to you. Those of you on the computer are probably not taking advantage of the day off. No, I am not either.
I have some great stories from Monterrey, Mexico that I will be sharing the next few days. Come back and lets make this dream of helping others a reality.
