Miracle

Check out this report from Buffalo, NY. It is quoted from SI.com.

Kevin plays for the Buffalo Bills and is originally from  Port Arthur, TX.  Sunday, during the game he suffered a major injury and doctors said there was basically no hope for a normal life.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — Kevin Everett voluntarily moved his arms and legs on Tuesday when partially awakened, prompting a neurosurgeon to say the Buffalo Bills’ tight end would walk again — contrary to the grim prognosis given a day before.

“Based on our experience, the fact that he’s moving so well, so early after such a catastrophic injury means he will walk again,” said Dr. Barth Green, chairman of the department of neurological surgery at the University of Miami school of medicine.

“It’s totally spectacular, totally unexpected,” Green told The Associated Press by telephone from Miami.”

Prayer was made. God said, “yes, now is the time.”

  1. on another note: Nigerian Pastor, Ani Simonson is on his way here. He will be in San Marcos area from September 20th-Oct 1ish. Can you host him in your home any time during his stay? if so, email me: info@psmchurch.com

  2. I don’t know if anyone else sees a theme here, but it might have something to do with football season. Two blogs in one 7 day period that were about football players. At least it all relates to God. Man…you guys and your football. I think I am going to have to start listening to 1530 more often so that I can stay up to date.! I think I will tune in to it while I am doing laundry.

  3. For you who have never had Bro. Ani in your home, let me assure you that he is easy to be with. It is very neat to learn about another country, especiallly Africa, and what better way to do so than to have a Christian from there in your home. Great experience for all!! He can learn about Texans at the same time, and each home is diverse so he can learn lots. 🙂 He also loves kids.

  4. It’s pretty incredible that this guy is not totally paralyzed. I guess God was not through with him yet. Is there a chance God likes football also? And I will second Kathy’s assessment of Bro. Ani. Your home will be blessed if this man of God stays there.

  5. Erica,
    stay with 1300am.

  6. O.k. I have to chime in here. Pastor Simonson, will really change your view, if you allow him to bless you with his life in your home. Not to mention last year He went to a soccer game of Joshua’s then came home and played baseball with him, THEN went on a bike ride with him. He is a wonderful, God filled man. Extend what God has done for you with your blessing of what you call home, and give him a room.
Dont settle for a lif e of mediocrity, invite him to your home!

I want to hear from you! Let's hear it....ready....GO!!!
