Let’s Pray for India!
Here is a letter I received from a fellow pastor in India. Some of you might remember when he attended our service last year.
Dear Pastor Robin Steele in Christ,
Greetings in the wonderful name of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. I hope you all are well and happy in Jesus. In TamilNadu we are safe by the grace of God and by your prayers. All the ministries are going very slow. We need your valuable prayer for Indian Christian. Very bad things are happening in India. gods of this world blinded the people’s heart and mind.
Persecution start against Christian. Last month in Orissa, last week in Karnataka [Bangalore] this week in Kerala. It is going to one place to another place, one state to another state. There is no security for Christian’s life , house, churches, schools , orphanages, collages etc. The evil people are burning and killing Christians and their institutions. They are thinking through this they can destroyed Christian from India. They did not study the world history. In Egypt “ but the more they were oppressed, the more they multiplied and spread; so the Egyptians came to dread the Israelites[ Exodus 1: 12] this what’s happening in India.

I just read that very scripture this morning. God is faithful and will deliver his people!
I will be praying for India
I was pretty upset about what some of the elitist personalities from Hollywood and the media were saying about Sarah Palin and Pentecostalism in general. Is the situation in India where we will be someday if we do not make our voices heard? I will pray for the safety of the Christians in India, and for the Christians in the USA to wake up.

You will have to do more for Indian Churches that is growing at a fast pace.
The attacks against Christians and church is being carried out by Bajrang Dal. RSS and VHP (World Hindu Council) which are front organisations for the right wing Hindu party BJP. These organisations are nothing less than terrorist organisations.
Interestingly biggest source of money is from US and other western countries and this money is used to kill Christians and burn churches. The secular parties in India are demanding banning of Bajrang Dal, RSS and VHP in India. It is time America and other western countries ban these organisations, freeze bank accounts and seize all their assets.
These BJP organisations are also spear-heading banning of foreign aid to Christian missions and churches in India.
The ladies prayed for India this morning EARLY and will continue to do so.
