CNN found the video I posted below about Sarah Palin. They interviewed her former pastor. They are revealing that she is from Pentecostal roots. Most of the discussion is based around the notion that her faith could influence her decisions in office.

That is one of the most ignorant questions ever. Your faith must influence your desicions or it is not your faith at all. YES, we need candidates that pray. We need cadidates that seek God’s direction. Go back and study history, our forefathers prayed for HOURS TOGETHER before they formed our historical documents such as the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.

Now, in present day, we are concerned if a candidate is spiritual, even to the point of speaking in tongues.
