Oprah
I usually don’t prescribe to things like this. However, this is coming from her own mouth.

My purpose for posting this is so that Christians will wake up and not be swayed by new age thinking. However, we know it is not new at all. It has always been around.
My thoughts…
We, as Christians, don’t win anything by bringing others down (like Oprah).
We will win by promoting more of the Light (Jesus Christ)
HE IS. HE IS THE ONLY WAY.
This expose on Opera’s religious beliefs does not come across as a personal attack on her, but rather seems to be a wake up call to the many Christians who love and adore her. There are a lot of good people in America and because Opera portrays herself as a good person, she is believed and followed. The Bible says in 2 Peter 2:1 “But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. ” Verse 17 says: “These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.”
Going to ACC, I hear so many students and teachers that have this “new age” mindset. “Religion is bogus. Christianity is a cult. Spiritality can be found within your self. You are God.”
So, what can we do as Christians?
I believe that we as Christians need to be bolder as we stand for Christ….
And I also believe that we should be bold in an educated manner.
This is NOT the way to do things–
“Jesus is the only way… I don’t know why… but He is! You are stupid and going to hell! So there! Now stop picking on me and Jesus!”
God has given us authority! Cowering is not the way of a child of God… We must be bold, educated, loving, prayerful and discerning. Just like it states in Isaiah, “…if you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all.”
You go, Danielle!!!!
Preach it lil sister !
As Christians we have a responsibilty to pray for people such as Oprah.Anyone who has family and friends who are unbelievers will understand that we ARE in a spiritual battle, and that as Danielle so well puts it we must be bold, educated, loving prayerful and discerning. We are children of God.
