Made Meaningful
1 Thessalonians 5:19
Without a supply of blood our natural body dies quickly and without a steady supply of the Spirit of God, our connection to His life giving power is severed. We then revert back to our natural state of humanity and exist in a godless vacuum. Don’t quench the Spirit, choose life. I wonder, is intercessory prayer like giving blood?
Powerful 5 minutes………..entire sermon was very powerful! I want to be open to His Spirit in my life forever!!! Thank you, Lord, and thank you, Pastor, for letting God flow through you!
Very interesting thought, dad. Praying FOR someone or on behalf of someone (James 5) asks God to work in their life. Breathe life into their dying situation.
Paul asks the New Testament reader to ‘pray for him’. He knew he was going into a tough situation and needed some backup! A Spiritual supplement.
