Hello Friends,

I am heading to LA today…Shreveport, LA that is.  Matt and I will be attending a minister’s conference put on by Destiny (a minister’s network) and Phil Brassfield.  John Ragsdale is leading worship and there will be great opportunity to connect with other ministers.

My writing is coming along real well.  I am almost through chapter one’s first draft.  I am not getting to write for long time periods at this point.  I write almost every morning, but the length always depends upon when the kids get up.  Hopefully, on this trip I will get some extended periods to sit down and write.  It has been very rewarding so far.  Chapter one seems difficult because it is trying to summarize without giving all the info away.  Long enough but not too long.

I love you all and will see all the PSM members on Saturday night.  This coming Saturday is our final Saturday service of the summer.  YAH!!  It is time for a rest, and most of us are really looking forward to it.  In the fall, we will most likely return to our 3 service schedule.
