Spiritual Success
We are basking in a great moment of spiritual success.
Friday night we started an 36 hour journey of spiritual breakthrough and healing. It was exhaustive. Some of us went through 8 different messages, countless worship songs and prayers. The first 24 hours focused on men. We dealt with the brokenness of American Men. We are broken because of a soulless capitalism that plagues our minds. We assess our values based on our bank accounts and our powerful positions (or lack thereof). However, there is a remnant of men at PSM that were cut loose from that lie. They were disconnected from the matrix of society and its judgements.
Fair warning to wives: you will see some immediate results, however this is a healing process. It takes a while for full recovery. The Holy Spirit is being allowed to ‘do a work’. Wayne Neyland and Jonathan Moore challenged and motivated us to be mighty men.
During our regular services, Rudy Rodriguez brought a beautiful word. Instead of waiting for the storms to pass, we need to learn to dance in the rain. When you can dance in the rain, you are able to maintain/sustain sanity. Overcome the onslaught of the enemy.
After the message, the altars were packed with people desiring to dance in the rain. For the first time in months, I was able to walk through the crowd of people and pray with individuals. Many were set free by the power of God. You could physically see the release of fear and anxiety off of men and women.
These are examples of spiritual success. I want to focus more and more on ‘quality of life’ at PromiseLand. I believe that is where true spiritual success lies. Please don’t misunderstand. I am not saying quality of riches, houses, cars, material wealth. I am talking about a life full of the Fruit of the Spirit. We are spiritually successful when the Fruit of the Spirit is in full bloom. Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Goodness, Kindness, Meekness, Self Control.
Across the flock this weekend, I could see people blooming. Let’s stop and be thankful for that.

Amen! Pastor Rudy did a great Job speaking the word, reminding us to Dance in the storm. I am excited to see where this will be going.
