How much of the property had to remain greenbelt?
CB, since we have not completed our master plan yet we do not have that information; however, we are restricted to 20% impervious cover, so 80% will be available for water to penetrate the soil.

I can envision a prayer path with rest places along the pathway where a person may sit and meditate and listen to Golden Cheek Warblers and other of the good Lord’s critters. Are there any springs on the property?
