  1. I am the child of the inventor and caretaker of creation. Every blessing in my life and my very life itself flows from that fact. Talk about winning a mega lottery or being the child of Bill Gates seems exciting but when I focus on who and what my Father in Heaven is and what resources He has available for me, I realize they are insignificant and so one dimensional. As the Bible says in Acts 17:28: “For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.” I am content and rest my case. And as to that Turkey, if you ever have hunted turkeys in the wild, you have a deep appreciation for their perception of the world around them. It is most definitely a compliment.
