Friday Night Lights

fnl
Last night, Hollywood came to the PromiseLand (Austin, that is). At our church in Austin, we hosted the NBC hit show “Friday Night Lights”. It was cool to see all the production that went into shooting the scenes. But, the really cool part was how good our church is. In a world where they have to shoot take after take of the same scene, our pastor and musicians nailed it the first time. I guess because they weren’t acting. They were worshiping, and thankfully at PromiseLand that isn’t fake. The episode is coming out in October 07.

O.k. I figure maybe this is a test, no new blog till a response is filed for this one.
So…………….Never seen the show, probably never will, however that is great God’s praise will be heard on NBC, breaking down walls and strongholds.
Now can we have a new blog Pastor?

  2. Thanks Josh……….You so funny!!!! Ive also never seen “Friday night Lights” ..

  3. sorry. i was out on friday. come back monday for a new one.

  4. Hi everybody, I’m back to the Texas heat and the hot topics. For the show, I’ve never seen it, and probably never will, as I find this type of mindless entertainment boring. Concerning Saturday service, I am really a Sunday morning kind of guy and will probably stay where I am unless my pastor says differently. If he does, its off to Saturday with a smile.

I want to hear from you! Let's hear it....ready....GO!!!
